Before a Client’s identity is revealed, HAS progresses through a structured interview with the Candidate where the Candidate is qualified for work history, actuarial skills, acceptable geographies, compensation, management accomplishments, career goals, and communication skillset. Client identity is revealed only when enough qualifying elements are presented to justify taking the conversation to the next step.
